these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of
them, please do not use our website.

Using this website

The content on this website is for general information only and may change
without notice. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that
every description, image, or other content is complete or error free. Your use
of the information on this site is at your own risk.

Product and health information

- Everher products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended
  to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a
  healthy lifestyle.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the product label.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or living with a
  medical condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
- Keep out of the reach of young children. Our products are intended for adults
  aged 18 and over unless the label states otherwise.
- Always read the full ingredient list before use if you have allergies or
  specific dietary requirements.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and do not use after
  the expiry date printed on the pack.
- Individual results vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
- Product images are for illustration only. Packaging and formulations may be
  updated from time to time, so always refer to the label supplied with your
  order.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline
or cancel an order and refund you in full. Prices, promotions, and availability
may change without notice and may differ between the regions we serve.

Returns

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we do not accept returns for
change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to
wecare@everhercare.com within 3 days of delivery, with photographs. Our Refund
Policy sets out the full procedure.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everher is not liable for any indirect
or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer
protection law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by
negligence.
